Making that first step and beginning counselling can be a difficult process.

I work on a short-term basis, usually up to twelve sessions or on an open-ended basis over months or longer. My fee structure is £45 per fifty minute session with limited places for the unemployed at £10 per fifty minute session. Prospective clients may find it helpful to know that I agree a contract with clients after the initial session so that bookings, goals, notice and cancellation of sessions are transparent.
